Information saved by the form
The form saves your name, email address, phone number, optional message, submission time, source page, and your request for a reply. A linked page may also provide buying, selling or investing context, a requested team member, neighborhood or prior project, and campaign parameters. Older inquiries may contain property preferences, timing or budget shared through an earlier form. A daily hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. Please do not include financial account details or other confidential information.
How information is used
Inquiries are saved for the website owner to review and respond to the stated request. Submitting this form does not enroll you in marketing messages.
Access and storage
Inquiry records are stored in the website’s hosted database. We also use Google Sheets to manage inquiries and email notifications to Caley Zheng and Lucas Beard so our team can respond. Google processes these records and emails as a service provider. There is no public inquiry directory or public endpoint for reading submissions. The owner and authorized platform administrators may access the stored records. Hosting providers process data needed to operate the website.
Analytics and browser storage
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure website visits, referrals, page engagement, and successful inquiry submissions. Google uses cookies and browser identifiers for measurement. We do not send inquiry answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, or selected team members in our custom Google Analytics events. The Google tag receives page URLs without query strings or fragments. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration. We use PostHog’s US service to understand page views, referrals, clicks, scrolling, page performance, browser errors, and the buying and selling inquiry journeys. PostHog uses browser storage and an anonymous browser identifier to connect visits and interactions. Heatmaps and session replays help us understand how visitors use the site. Form fields are blocked from replay, and names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, and inquiry answers are not sent in our analytics events. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from analytics URL properties. We do not identify visitors by name or email in PostHog. Analytics respects supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. The hosting platform may also collect operational logs. Campaign parameters are retained with an inquiry when provided.
Maps and external links
Neighborhood guides embed maps served by Google Maps. Loading a map sends your IP address and browser information to Google, which may also use cookies under its own privacy policy. Links to business websites, parks, and Google Maps open external services governed by their own privacy policies. We do not request your device location to display the neighborhood maps.
